This series offers a fully wall-supported yin practice designed to promote comfort, confidence, and ease in every body. Each session features gentle, grounded postures fully supported by the wall and props, with no pressure on the knees. You’ll move slowly and mindfully, easing into deep stillness to release tension and nourish the body. With prolonged holds and guided breathwork (pranayama), this practice targets deep connective tissues like fascia and ligaments, encouraging relaxation and release.
Ideal for those with mobility or balance challenges, joint sensitivity, or anyone seeking a more accessible and nurturing approach to yoga. We provide a safe and welcoming environment where you can reconnect with your body, feel supported, and explore movement at your own pace.
