members agreement
Thank you for choosing POZEN YOGA LTD. (hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”).
This Members Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all individuals attending sessions, classes, or utilizing any services offered by the Studio. For the purposes of this Agreement, anyone participating in activities at our Studio is considered a "Member" or collectively referred to as "Members."
By engaging with our studio, Members acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Purchases and Purchase Agreements
To access our services, Members must purchase a membership, session package, or drop-in session through our website, app, or in person at the studio. Purchase Agreements are outlined at the time of purchase.
Membership purchase pricing will be outlined in our Purchase Agreements, and may be subject to change. Any price changes to recurring billing will be communicated to members in advance, and will not affect current active memberships until the next billing cycle, or as of the date outlined in the communication.
Membership fees are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated in the terms of the associated Purchase Agreement.
2. Membership Terms
Memberships are offered on weekly, recurring billing, or prepayment for a specified number of weeks.
Additional types of memberships include, but are not limited to, pre-paid sessions packages, and drop-in sessions.
Memberships are non-transferable and are not shareable.
Applicable terms are outlined in the Purchase Agreements during the purchase process, and must be accepted at the time of purchase.
The Studio reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time.
3. Membership Pause Terms
Membership Pause Terms are outlined in our Purchase Agreements. Not all memberships are eligible for our Pause Terms.
Requests for a membership pause must be made in writing at least 14 days before the desired pause period.
A pause fee may apply.
4. Cancellation Terms
Regular recurring billed memberships can be canceled with 14 days written notice.
Not all memberships are eligible for our Cancellation Terms, which are outlined in our Purchase Agreements. In general, pre-purchased session packages and promotional offers are not eligible for the Cancellation Terms.
5. No-Show and Late Cancel Policy
No-show and late cancellation automatically result in loss of membership session credits, and may result in an additional charge of $30, at the discretion of the Studio.
The Studio reserves the right to terminate memberships resulting from any pattern of no-show and late cancellation.
The cancellation window is 24-hours prior to the beginning of a session, and the cancellation window is subject to change.
6. Late Arrival Policy
For safety and an uninterrupted experience, the Studio enforces a strict no-late-entry policy. Members must be present in the Studio room at the start of the scheduled session, or they will not be able to participate.
7. Payment Methods
We accept credit card payments exclusively through the Stripe service. Payments are processed securely and efficiently through Stripe's payment processing platform.
8. Session Schedule
The session schedule, including the types of sessions offered, instructors, and their respective timings, is provided for the convenience of our members. The schedule is available on the Studio website and app.
The session schedule is subject to change at the Studio’s discretion. While we make every effort to adhere to the published schedule, we reserve the right to modify, add, or cancel sessions as needed.
Cancellation of sessions will result in returned session credits to Members’ accounts that were registered for the canceled session. Other changes to the session schedule, do not automatically entitle Members to refunds or returned session credits.
In the event of any changes to the session schedule, we will make reasonable efforts to notify our members promptly.
9. Participation Waiver
To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, every individual must sign a liability waiver before attending any session at the Studio.
10. No Guarantees
Members agree that the Studio makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from Member participation in the classes or services provided. Individual experiences may vary.
